How to Obtain a Learning License in Assam?

How to Obtain a Duplicate Learning License in Assam?
A duplicate learning license is issued to a learning license holder who has lost his original LL due to theft, loss or damage of the same. The applicant can apply for a duplicate LL at the RTO by making a written application for the issuance of the same.
